Buying an Annual Pass to Hatton Farm Village means you can enjoy unlimited entry for just one low price. That means you can visit all the animals, attractions, entertainment and adventure activities as many times and whenever you want without having to pay a penny more.

How to apply

In person

Click the 'Application Form' button at the bottom of the page and print the form off and fill in all the details. When you next visit Hatton, hand your form in at the Farm Village Admission Kiosk with your preferred method of payment. (Alternatively, application forms are available at the kiosk). You will be issued with a receipt as proof of purchase, which will be accepted as your temporary pass until you receive your Annual Pass card(s) in the post.

Annual Pass terms and conditions

  • Terms & Conditions of use

    1. By using a Hatton Farm Village Annual Pass you accept these terms and

    conditions of use.

    2. An Annual Pass is only valid when used and/or presented by the named

    member as printed on the card. Misuse will result in the Annual Pass being

    withdrawn.

    3. Each Annual Pass holder will be issued his or her own Annual Pass

    in their own name.

    4. Annual Passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a

    third party.

    5. The authorised holder of the Annual Pass must show their Annual Pass at the

    Admission Kiosk.

    6. Visitors under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an individual 18 years

    of age or over.

    7. Photocopies of Annual Passes will not be accepted.

    8. All Annual Passes remain the property of Hatton Farm Village and can be

    withdrawn in the event of fraud and misuse. This includes, but is not limited

    to, allowing a third party to attempt to gain access to Hatton Farm Village with

    an Annual Pass of which they are not the valid holder.

    9. Failure to present a valid Annual Pass will result in a charge of the 'on the day'

    admission rate.

    10. Annual Passes cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional

    offer or voucher.

    11. Lost Annual Passes should be reported to Hatton Farm Village immediately. In

    the event of a lost Annual Pass, Hatton Farm Village will re-issue a

    replacement card and charge an administration fee of £5.00 per card.

    12. When applying for a child pass, an adult's name and address MUST

    be supplied for all correspondence.

    13. A family pass is valid for up to five named people at least one of whom must

    be a child.

    14. All correspondence, cards and mailings will only be sent to the lead adult

    name and address given on this application form.

    15. For your security a photograph will be taken when you first use your

    membership card(s) and held on our system for authorisation of your pass on

    entry. Please note the photo will only be used for the purpose of verification.

    16. Separate terms and conditions apply for 'Nanny' and 'Child Minder' cards on

    request from the Admission Kiosk.

    17. Extra charge applies for entry to Santa’s Grotto for Annual Pass Member

  • BOUNCY BARN PASS

    1. Toddlers and children up to a maximum height of 137cms/4ft 6ins

    are allowed.

    2. Adults are admitted into the Bouncy Barn free of charge to supervise

    their children.

  • Opening times 10.00am - 4.00pm (last admission 3.30pm)
