To book your party
Please call us on 01926 843411 to check availability, confirm prices and make a provisional booking. We can take bookings for a minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 50 children. Once you have your provisional booking date, please then print off and complete this Birthday Party Booking Form and send with your deposit to Hatton Farm Village. Your booking form and deposit must be received at least 2 weeks before the party date. You will then receive a confirmation letter together with your invitations.
*Please note the party host is NOT a supervisor and all children remain the responsibility of the adults in the party at all times. We require a minimum ratio of 1 adult for every 5 children at the party in the Farm Village and in Snorty’s Bouncing Barnyard. Parties are for a minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 50 children. Parties do not have exclusive use of Snorty’s Bouncing Barnyard. Height restrictions apply. Socks must be worn and arms and legs covered to ride the slides in Snorty’s Bouncing Barnyard.
