Are you open all year?
Yes we open 7 days a week 10am - 5pm, except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day (reduced opening hours at Christmas and New Year)
Do you have picnic areas?
Yes we do, we also have shaded areas for those hot, sunny days!
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed in the Shopping Village on a lead. Only Guide Dogs are allowed in the Farm Village.
Can I re-enter the farm throughout the day?
Yes, all paying visitors are issued with a wristband on entry which is valid all day.
Do we need to wear Wellington boots?
Only if the weather has been very poor. However we do have gravel paths around the Farm Village
What is there to do if it rains?
We have a number of indoor attractions. In the farm we have Guinea Pig Village, Farmyard Favourites, under 5's play area and an undercover marquee with special events and pottery painting (specific times and days only). We also have the indoor Bouncy Barn Soft Play Centre [fee applies].
Do you have disabled access and facilities?
The farm is accessible in parts. We have disabled toilets and hand-washing facilities. The Shopping Village is level ground, however as the shops are housed in converted farm buildings, not all shops are accessible.
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes we have the Farmhouse Restaurant for families where you can purchase hot & cold food, sandwiches, cakes, children's meals and drinks We also have the waitress-served Cafe Lavender Blue for light lunches, teas and perhaps a glass of wine (not suitable for pushchairs due to space)
Do you have free car parking?
Yes we have lots of free parking spaces available, we also have free coach parking.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
Yes, located by the ladies toilets in the Farmhouse Restaurant.
Do you have facilities to warm my baby's bottle?
Yes there is a microwave in the Farmhouse Restaurant for this. Alternatively, please ask a member of staff in the restaurant.
Is there a cash point on site?
There is a cash machine located in the bar area of the Farmhouse Restaurant.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo.
Do you have wheelchair to hire?
Yes, please book in advance. You will need to leave a £25 deposit which is refunded when the wheelchair is returned.
